Frequently Asked Questions

Open the Marquer app and tap the scan button on the home screen. You can upload a photo from your library or take a new picture of your lab report. Our AI will extract the biomarker values automatically. Review the extracted values before saving to make sure everything looks correct.
Tap the '+' button on the home screen, search for the biomarker you want to add (for example, 'Glucose' or 'Hemoglobin'), enter the value and select the correct unit. The app supports a wide range of units and will convert to the standard unit automatically.
The free plan includes 2 AI-powered lab report scans per month. Once you reach this limit, you can still add values manually until the quota resets at the start of the next month. Manual entry is always unlimited.
Marquer is free to download and use. Manual entry and all core tracking features are included at no cost. AI-powered lab report scanning is available with a limited free quota each month. Check the app for details on any premium options.
Go to Settings in the app and tap 'Delete Account'. This permanently deletes your account and all associated health data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Yes. Your health data is stored securely on our servers with encryption in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your personal health information with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
