  • Process lab reports using AI extraction when you choose to use this feature

  • Authentication via Firebase with industry-standard security

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication and user management
  • Railway: Hosting infrastructure
  • Anthropic: AI-powered lab report extraction (optional feature)
  • Sentry: Error monitoring (no personal health data)

When using AI extraction, lab report images are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We do not store these images permanently.

We do not sell or share your health data with third parties except:

  • When required by law or legal process
  • To protect rights, property, or safety
  • With your explicit consent
  • With service providers under strict confidentiality agreements

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal and health data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where required by law to retain certain information.

Marquer is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.

9. International Users

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
